DEPRESSION

DEPRESSION

According to Yapko (2009) “Depression affects your physical health; your thought (cognitive processes); productivity; and has antisocial effects in your relationships and in the workplace.”

Who is a risk for Depression?  Everyone is vulnerable to depression.  If you are capable of having a mood, you are capable of having a mood disorder (Yapko, 2009, p. 16).

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) will teach you how to turn ‘negative thinking’ into ‘positive thinking’.
